old naxxramas as a challenge Mod?

hi
is it possible to make the old naxx a challenge mod ?
at max lvl gearscore there is nothing more to do with you'r character or account beside leveling new alt's.
my point is give us more things do on our first character .
but it doesn't exceed the realm of wotlk
and also as reward it should be something to brag about ,i don't know maybe achievement or super transmogs .
